How is the Buyer Repeat Purchase (BRP) Discount given on my next purchase of Mah Sing Property from Mah Sing directly?
You must be an eligible member and present your valid M Card at the time of purchase to be entitled to the Buyer Repeat Purchase Discount.
In the case of joint purchasers, you must be named as the principal purchaser in the SPA.
Discount will be given in the form of a Credit Note to offset against the balance down payment equivalent to 10% of the purchase price.
For bumiputra M Card members, discount is based on the net discounted price.
Discount given is not transferable to cash.
In the event of any cancellation or termination of sales/purchase, the discount shall be void and will be recovered from the purchaser/said sales.
BRP discount is only applicable at the participating project and it will subject to the change and review of Mah Sing from time to time. Please refer to our S&M team for latest info of your interested project.

Buyer Get Buyer Reward
Great rewards (based on different property) when the Member introduces a non-Member to purchase Mah Sing Property from Mah Sing directly, provided that such a non-Member has executed the SPA and has paid to Mah Sing a sum of not less than twenty percent (20%) of the purchase price. These rewards could be in the form of commission, in the form of gift or vouchers, or any other equivalent form.
